AI Tool Graveyard is a research and reference site about the lifecycle of AI tools. We collect as little personal information as possible, and we never sell it.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form on our About page, we store the name, email address, subject and message you provide, along with the time of submission. A copy is emailed to our team so we can reply.

We use this information only to respond to your message and to keep a record of corrections and tips about tool listings. It is not added to a marketing list, and we do not share it with third parties except the email and hosting providers that deliver and store the message on our behalf. Submissions are kept for as long as they remain useful for support and editorial accuracy, then deleted.

Tool reports and update suggestions

Reports submitted through Report a Tool or Suggest an Update are stored so our team can verify them. Email is optional there and is used only to follow up on your report. Report content may inform public tool pages, but we do not publish your email address or credit you by name unless you ask us to.

Accounts and follows

If you create an account to follow tools, we store your email address and the tools you follow so we can notify you when a status changes. You can unsubscribe from notification emails at any time using the link in each email.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful — for example page views, referring sites and approximate country. We do not build advertising profiles. Essential cookies are used to keep you signed in if you have an account.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to tool websites are affiliate links. When you follow one, the destination site may set its own cookies and record the referral. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies. Affiliate relationships never affect a tool's status or ranking here.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send the request through the contact form on the About page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
